AAF Michiana honored Explore Media with three awards during the 2010 ADDY Celebration, held on the campus of Saint Mary’s College this past Friday, February 26th.

A Gold ADDY Award went to the “Peace by Peace” television commercial campaign, which was made up of four spots created for Goshen College and broadcast regionally, most notably during the 2010 Super Bowl and Winter Olympic Games.  “Goshen College,” another series of three television commercial spots for the liberal arts school located in Goshen, Indiana; as well as “More or Less,” an animated commercial custom-illustrated by Explore Media for the South Bend Regional Airport and Murphy Design; both won Silver ADDY Awards.

With over 60,000 entries annually, the ADDY Awards are the world’s largest and arguably toughest advertising competition.  The American Advertising Federation, a not-for-profit industry association conducts the ADDY Awards through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts.

AAF Michiana is one of these advertising clubs, and considers itself the premier organization in Michiana for all marketing, advertising and media professionals as well as for college students pursuing studies in the field.  They serve the area’s marketing and advertising community through joint career-enhancing luncheons, networking opportunities, communications and other joint ventures.

Cell phone cameras continue to increase in image quality and flexibility. ELKHART, IN  Explore Media has been honored with a Silver Telly Award for a Goshen College campus recruiting video.

Explore Media is a full-service video production and design company located downtown Elkhart, Indiana.  The Silver Telly is the highest honor possible in the Telly Awards competition, which annually showcases the top video and television productions in the world.  The award went to “Let There Be”, a promotional recruiting video produced for Goshen College.  The video ties into Goshen’s, “Healing the World, Peace by Peace” campaign, which uses campus imagery and challenging dialogue to emotionally stimulate potential students who visit campus.
