Explore Media Welcomes New Business Development Manager
January 20, 2016, Chicago, IL - Explore Media, a full service commercial production company, announced Sarah Gitersonke has joined their team to further develop their growing client base in the thriving Chicago creative services arena. Sarah brings her extensive experience developing projects in the Chicago market for a who’s-who list of Creative Agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Explore Media, she spent the last nine years as an Executive Producer and then Director of Business Development at AKA MEDIA INC where Sarah was instrumental in acquiring new business accounts and produced branded content for clients including Milk PEP, Snickers, Head & Shoulders, Ace Hardware, Kraft Foods, Sears and Omron Healthcare among others.
As a native to the Chicago production market, Sarah is excited to combine her agency knowledge with Explore Media’s particular experience producing award-winning commercials & handcrafted brand films. In her new role she’ll be responsible for developing new opportunities with agencies and global brands, and will be serving the Midwest and both coasts from the Chicago location.
Sarah comes to Explore Media with 10+ years of experience in production, marketing, public relations, advertising and digital strategy. In 2006 she worked at Thomas Publishing as a print advertising sales executive and at creative advertising hub Arthur Agency in Carbondale, IL where she received her B.S. in communications at Southern Illinois University.
