Jeremy Pinckert is the VP, Marketing, Head of Production & Communications, and Executive Producer at Explore. He got his start producing Emmy-winning storytelling and since bringing his leadership to commercial advertising, his teams have been honored with over 90 industry awards. Under his guidance, Explore has grown to provide marketing, executive producing, strategic consulting, post-production producing, and creative campaign ideation to large brands, their in-house agencies and marketing teams.
Pinckert is an award-winning executive communicator and multi-disciplinary leader. He is skilled at translating brand strategy into compelling marketing, visual and narrative experiences across digital, traditional, and emerging media. Known for balancing creative vision with operational discipline, overseeing budgets, resources, and marketers while fostering collaboration between C-suite leaders, Creatives, and most importantly, Consumers.
For 20+ years he has led a creative and production studio recognized nationally for excellence in brand storytelling, commercial filmmaking, and integrated content. Building the company from the ground up into a trusted partner for Fortune 500 and growth-stage brands, Explore is responsible for marketing excellence, creative direction, operational leadership, and strategic development in partnership with brands and their agencies.
Jeremy, his wife and three children call the greater Chicago area home, where he enjoys traveling, playing golf poorly, failing at pickleball, streaming anything compelling, and getting outdoors with his family.

• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, production resources, and vendor relationships to maximize creative impact and efficiency.
